Next week is Spirit Week and our exciting PTA Bubble Run Fundraiser—help us celebrate our school’s 50th anniversary by seeing how much we can raise together! Students will collect pledges to run at first recess during the Bubble Run on Friday, and every day they bring in a new pledge they get to pick a prize. Parents are invited to come watch during first recess and bring a bubble wand to blow bubbles at their kids as they run! 100% of the money raised goes straight back to our students for field trips, student clubs, Reading Week, Spirit Week, STEM Night, assemblies, and teacher appreciation.
Also, if anyone would like to help with these events please sign up at the link below! We can always use extra hands! We are looking for volunteers and donations for our cake walk at the Fall Fest. 2 L of soda, individually wrapped cupcakes, brownies, cookies, dessert, etc. please drop your donations off in the 3-6 office by Sept 18.

America is turning 250 — and our students have something to say.
Davis School District is hosting Voices of a Nation: Student Perspectives on 250 Years of America, a districtwide speaking event aligned with America 250 Utah.
Students from every school and grade level are invited to apply to deliver an original speech about America’s past, present or future.
Selected students will receive mentorship and take the stage on May 4, 2026, at the Davis Instructional Services Center in Layton. The event will be professionally produced and live streamed for the community.
You don’t have to be famous to have something worth saying.
Take the mic. Share your idea. Be part of the story.
Applications due March 18.
